Rates: These are our rates for home therapy services.

Saving Grace Home Therapy strives to keep our rates competitive with other Washington, D.C.-area cleaning services, even while supplying top-of-the-line products and providing highly skilled home therapists. When determining your one-time or recurring services rate, we use a formula that includes the following factors:
+ Square footage
+ Number of bedrooms
+ Number of bathrooms
+ Level of service
+ Recurrence interval (which affects the level of effort for each cleaning)
+ Our maid-hour billing rate of $30

Of course, it’s important to note that we can only provide an estimate up front. No matter what, you’ll only be charged for the actual time we spend cleaning.

Your first cleaning will be the Deep Clean Therapy, which is described in the “Services” section of our Web site. This “top to bottom” service will provide both you and Saving Grace Home Therapy with a better idea of how much effort will be required for future cleanings. It’ll also provide us with a baseline because we’ll know that every interior surface has been cleaned to our exacting standards. Going forward, recurring Healthy Home Therapy or Home Spa Therapy cleanings will follow.

Additionally, while we’ll do our best to give you an initial estimate of your recurring rate, we reserve the right to increase or decrease that rate based on the initial Deep Clean Therapy and the first two to three regular cleanings of your home. We strongly believe that it takes time to get a feel for your home and the amount of cleaning effort it requires. There is a three hour minimum charge for all recurring home therapy cleans.
