Our dog, Noodle, loves the time she spends with her ‘friends’ on walks and the attention she gets from her walker (not to mention the Holiday presents). When we leave town we never have to worry about who is sitting with her because of the detailed notes that are available to the staff through their online software and Grace bills online which is so convenient. Thank you so much, as always, for your efforts! We appreciate Jana setting up the second walk; Grace contacting Traven to let him know that Riley's food was in the fridge; and Traven's extra time with him. Riley would have been a very angry pup if we had gotten home at almost 11pm and he hadn't been fed! We especially appreciate Traven taking a few extra minutes to play chase, tug-of-war, and ball. He is a great dog-walker who goes above and beyond frequently for Riley!

“Saving Grace is a company that ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call of duty. We…added a puppy to our little family. The puppy was so little, and it was during the midst of a cold winter. The dog walker was so concerned that she would pick him up as soon as he finished his business and stuff him in her coat to keep him warm. Recently, my older dog has fallen ill. Two surgeries required that he not move or exercise too much. Saving Grace walked my two little ones separately, the older one first, so he could do his business without the little one being so jumpy. Furthermore, due to the need to limit his movement, the dog walker would carry him up and down the stairs, being mindful of the areas where the surgery had taken place. Then the little one would get a much longer (and needed just based on energy levels) walk. They did this for no extra charge. Any time the dogs do something out of the ordinary, they make sure to tell us, either through the daily note, or if they think its more urgent, a manager will call me immediately. This has included occasional accidents in the house (which they have cleaned up themselves). They always make sure there is water in the bowl before they leave and that the little ones are as happy as can be. I have such peace of mind knowing that Saving Grace is looking after my boys.”
