Each walker undergoes a thorough vetting process, including reference checks, a criminal background check and multiple interviews. In addition, through regular staff meetings, the walkers are trained in various aspects of dog walking and customer service resulting in walkers who know exactly what is expected of them and who take their responsibilities very seriously.
